Sydney wedding films: story-led wedding videography

Who it’s for

My films suit couples who care more about how the day felt than how it looked on a shot list: the nerves before the ceremony, the words in your vows, the speech that set the room laughing, and the people who travelled to be there. Whether it’s a registry ceremony with twenty guests or a full day from getting ready to the dance floor, the aim is the same — a film that sounds and feels like your wedding.

A discreet, cinematic approach

I work quietly and mostly unnoticed, so you and your guests can get on with the day. There’s very little posing; I’d rather follow what’s really happening and catch the moments you’d otherwise miss. Your vows and speeches are miked, so every word is clear, and the ceremony is filmed from two angles. Every film is shot and edited by me — the person you speak to at enquiry is the person behind the camera on the day.

What’s in a wedding film

Depending on your collection, you’ll receive a highlight film, a full two-angle ceremony edit, speeches edits and a short social teaser. A 30–60 second teaser arrives within 7 days, and your finished films within 10 weeks of your wedding.

Weddings across Sydney & NSW

I’m based in Sydney and film weddings across the city, from harbourside ceremonies to suburban gardens and registry offices. I’m happy to travel further afield in NSW, such as the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Central Coast and South Coast. Travel outside Sydney is quoted separately — just let me know where you’re getting married.

I film weddings on Saturdays and Sundays; Fridays may be possible by arrangement.

Experience behind the camera

Before moving to Sydney, I spent ten years filming weddings in North West England. That experience now goes into every Sydney wedding I film.
